Emory University will require all students, faculty, and staff to be immunized for COVID-19 for the fall semester with exemptions for those with medical conditions or strong personal objections. Those with approved exemptions will be required to conduct a weekly screening test.

International Student FAQs: Immigration & COVID-19

Emory University President Gregory L. Fenves has announced that Emory will be welcoming all students back to our Atlanta and Oxford campuses for the fall 2021 semester. Since the pandemic is not over yet, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has issued special policy guidance for international students for the 2021-2022 academic year.

As new announcements and immigration resources develop, this page will be updated with relevant information. Check back frequently for any updates. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your ISSS advisor with any questions or concerns.
