F-1 transfer completions

If you are transferring to Emory University from another US institution, your Emory I-20 is marked "Transfer pending from: " at item #3 on the I-20. That means that your transfer to Emory still hasn't been completed. Within 15 days from the start date on your I-20, you must obtain a new I-20 that will be marked "Continued attendance" at #3.

To do this, you must make an appointment with an ISSP advisor who will issue the new I-20 for you. Please bring all of your previously issued I-20s, I-94 card, passport, EAD card (if applicable), and transfer clearance form to this appointment.

The following days are available:

• Monday 24 August - no more slots available on this day
• Tuesday 25 August
• Wednesday 26 August
• Thursday 27 August
• Friday 28 August

• Monday 31 August
• Tuesday 1 September

If, for any reason, you cannot complete your transfer at these times, please contact ISSP at issp@emory.edu as soon as possible.
