Take a Break

During a time of heightened stress, anxiety, and loneliness, we all need ways to support our mental, physical, and academic health. The current environments can lead to increased feelings of doubt and insecurities and having to be “on” all the time can drain energy and decrease motivation for self-care. It’s important to utilize breaks to rest and take care of yourself to enhance focus and ultimately performance.

Plan in advance for the academic rest days on February 17, March 16, and April 14.
